BVS FORM RELEASE VOC COMPLIANT SOLVENT-BASED FORM RELEASE AGENT

DESCRIPTION: BVS VOC Solvent-Based Form Release Agent is composed of an organic chemical emulsified in water that reacts with the alkali content of concrete to form a bond-braking release film. This film effectively prevents bonding of concrete to the form. In addition, the product also contains a high molecular weight, non-reactive, chemically inert ingredient to assist in clean, quick form release and removal. This exclusive combination of physically reactive components provides a doubly effective separation and the ultimate in form release efficiency. Product is easily cleaned with soap and water.

USES: BVS Form Release can be used on all types of forms (steel, aluminum, wood, and fiber tubes). Use of this product will increase life span of wood forms by penetrating into the wood preventing deterioration and also waterproofing. BVS Form Release will also reduce maintenance requirements on metal forms because it forms a rust-proofing film making them rust free and essentially self-cleaning. Apply BVS Form Release Agent to trucks, mixers, spreaders, finishers, buggies, chutes, and any other type of machine or equipment where concrete build-up my occur.

    BVS Form Release Agent can be applied on forms for pre-stressed and pre-cast concrete to produce a better and cleaner cast. This product will not stain or discolor concrete.

APPLICATION: Surface Preparation-Form surfaces are to be thoroughly cleaned prior to application. All rust, scale and previously used form release agents must be removed completely in accordance with good concrete practices.

Method of Application: Spraying is highly recommended-Use of BVS Pressure Sprayer is advised use tip to produce a flow of 0.10 gallons per minute. BVS Form Release Agent can also be applied with the use of mops, rollers or bushes.

COVERAGE: 600 to 1,500 square feet per gallon (14.73 to 36.81 square meters per liter) depending on the type and porosity of the form surface
